Smart City Connect is a knowledge series to explore how technology, innovation and resilience can help Australian cities and communities prosper, create jobs and economies of the future, and stay resilient from external environments.
Sponsored by Edith Cowan University, hosted by the City of Joondalup and powered by the National Transport Research Organisation (NTRO), we invite you to this event to explore how technology and innovation can and will create new jobs and build prosperity in Australia.
We will highlight transformative opportunities on how we deliver infrastructure in Australia, emphasising strategies to decarbonise transportation, and increasing the productivity and resilience of our transport sector. These new opportunities will require people to have new skills to maintain electric vehicles, design and develop sensors, maintain connected and automated vehicles and undertake design, construction and maintenance of data centres to name just a few new opportunities.
Learn how innovative technology can enhance efficiency, support economic and social development, and create positive change within our communities.
Gain insights into the future of our communities and network with industry experts. Don't miss this chance to be part of the conversation about building a smarter, greener future. Note: This is an in-person event only.
