POLYPAVE is a proprietary (trademarked), non-toxic product which has been specifically formulated for the improvement of road pavements. When mixed in specific (designed) quantities with a General Purpose (GP) cement binder, POLYPAVE forms a stringed polymer which reduces moisture penetration into and through the stabilised layers.
Guardian Smartflagger is a movable and readily transportable traffic management device designed to replace current traffic controller-operated handheld STOP/SLOW bats. The device has been specifically designed with the objective of removing controllers from live traffic lanes, allowing them to operate the device(s) remotely from a safe zone or position. The device has been used extensively on roads in Canada and the US, and an Australia-ready version has been developed to cater for driving on the left-hand side of the centerline. Since the original submission for TIPES certification in 2021, the device has been trialled on low-volume rural roads in Australia and assessed for usage on higher-volume rural and metro roads based on extensive data provided by the Proponent. Further consideration of device stability and wind loading has also been undertaken. Dedicated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) exist for the device, and its usage may also be subject to local road agency conditions and requirements.

RHiNOPHALT® is a penetrative asphalt preservative (PAP) constructed using a proprietary binder overlaid with a fine-graded grit, and is applied onto an existing ageing asphalt to extend the life of the surfacing layer. RHiNOPHALT® aims to decrease the permeability and increase the durability of an existing Dense Grade Asphalt surfacing layer, while not adversely affecting its skid resistance.

Polyroad PR21L stabilised pavements are designed to resist the ingress of water which is the major cause of pavement failure. Polyroad PR21L stabilistation achieves this outcome by a process of 'internal waterproofing' of fine grained particles by way of incorporating an insoluble dry powdered polymer.
TriSign (Version 3.0) is a fit-for-purpose remotely operated Traffic Control Device (TCD) which was primarily designed and developed to be used at locations / in situations where a traditional, manually updated, Multi-Message Frame (MMF) would typically be adopted as the default solution. Operational Guidance documents and local road agency controls and conditions apply to usage.
