Build stronger, longer-lasting pavements with ReEnforceX

ReEnforceX improves the structural performance of asphalt by incorporating fibres that increase resistance to cracking, deformation and fatigue. Testing shows substantial gains in durability and performance, making it suitable for intersections, heavy-vehicle routes and areas subject to repeated loading.

Improved Fatigue Life

Laboratory testing shows that fibre-reinforced asphalt using ReEnforceX can deliver significantly improved fatigue performance compared to conventional asphalt mixes. Increased fatigue life supports longer pavement service periods and reduced maintenance intervention.

Reduced Cracking and Deformation

Test results demonstrate reduced surface cracking and improved resistance to rutting and deformation when ReEnforceX fibres are added to asphalt. This makes the product well-suited to high-stress areas such as intersections and braking zones.

Suitable for Conventional Asphalt Production

ReEnforceX can be incorporated directly into asphalt during production without major changes to existing equipment or processes. It is compatible with standard asphalt mix designs and can be laid using typical paving practices.

Supports Longer Pavement Life

By strengthening the asphalt matrix and improving load distribution, ReEnforceX helps pavements withstand repeated traffic loading over time. The improved structural performance contributes to longer pavement life and better asset condition.

Tested Under Australian Conditions

Performance results presented in national trials and technical evaluations confirm ReEnforceX’s suitability for Australian road environments. Field and laboratory testing indicates consistent improvements across key performance metrics when fibres are incorporated.
